Ms. Gong, who first came to the United States in 1992, has since amassed 30 years of restaurant and catering experience, absorbing every aspect of the business herself from the ground-up. Today, she is the proud owner of multiple Chicago-based restaurants. Belly Bowl will be a new chapter in her book, unravelling exciting and new things to experience.
